Tiffany D. Jackson

Tiffany D. Jackson is an accomplished American author, best known for her young adult novels such as "Monday's Not Coming" and "Allegedly." Born and raised in Brooklyn, Jackson has always had a passion for storytelling, which is evident in her compelling and thought-provoking novels.

By day, Jackson works in television, but when the sun goes down, she turns her attention to writing. Her debut novel, "Allegedly," was published in 2017 and quickly gained critical acclaim. The following year, "Monday's Not Coming" was published and went on to win the John Steptoe New Talent Award. Jackson's other notable works include "Let Me Hear A Rhyme" and "GROWN."

Jackson is a graduate of Howard University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in film. She later went on to earn her Master of Arts in media studies from The New School. These academic accomplishments, combined with her extensive experience in TV and film, have given Jackson a unique perspective and skill set that she brings to her writing.

In addition to her love of writing, Jackson is also passionate about cookie dough, beaches, and naps. She is a proud Brooklyn native and currently resides in the borough she loves, where she can often be found multitasking and embracing her identity as an awkward black girl.
