Timothy Taylor

Timothy Taylor is a Canadian novelist and short story writer known for his critically acclaimed literary fiction. His debut novel, "Stanley Park," was nominated for the Giller Prize and selected as the 2004 One Book, One Vancouver community read. Taylor also gained recognition for his short fiction, particularly "Doves of Townsend," which won the prestigious Journey Prize in 2000. Notably, he made literary history that same year by becoming the only writer ever to have three short stories simultaneously shortlisted for the award.

Born in Venezuela and raised in West Vancouver and Edmonton, Taylor brings a distinct Canadian perspective to his work.
