Τrevor Scott is an accomplished American author, well-known for his mystery, suspense, and thriller novels. He has written several popular novel series, including the Jake Adams International Thriller series, the Tony Caruso series, the Chad Hunter series, and the Keenan Fitzpatrick series. In addition to these series, Scott has also written a number of standalone novels, short stories, and short story collections.
Scott was born in Duluth, Minnesota, and spent his childhood in Carlton. He has a BA degree in English from the University of Minnesota in Duluth and a Master's degree in creative writing from the University of Northern Michigan. Before beginning his writing career, Scott served in the U.S. Navy as an ordnanceman on the flight deck of aircraft carriers, and as an officer in the U.S. Air Force during the Cold War and the first Gulf War, where he retired as a captain. His experiences during his military service have greatly influenced his writing, particularly in the development of the plots and characters in his Jake Adams series.
In his free time, Scott enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, trapping, and hunting. He has traveled to more than 100 countries and currently resides in Nevada. Scott is a prolific author, having written more than sixty mystery/thriller novels, including the Jake Adams International Espionage Thriller Series, the Karl Adams Series, and the Max Kane Series. He has sold more than a million copies of his books in a number of languages, cementing his status as a best-selling author in the genre.
