Carole Towriss was born and raised in San Diego, California. From a young age, she was taught about Jesus by her mother, and is grateful for the legacy of faith that her mother and grandmother passed down to her. This faith was forged in adversity, and while Carole's own life has been relatively easy in comparison, she is deeply thankful for the foundation that was laid for her.
Now living just north of Washington, DC, Carole Towriss spends her time writing, caring for her four children, and watching chick flicks. She is an unapologetic Californian who loves the beach and tacos, though not necessarily in that order. When she's not busy with those activities, she can often be found binge-watching British crime dramas and doing dishes for the fourth time in one day.
Through her writing, Carole Towriss seeks to explore the complexities of faith and the human experience. Her work is informed by her own journey of faith, as well as by the stories of those who have come before her. She is a thoughtful and engaging writer who invites readers to join her in exploring the mysteries of life and faith.
