Charles Foran is an accomplished author and journalist from Canada, who has written eleven successful books in his career. He was born as Charles William Foran in 1960 in Toronto, Canada, and was raised in the same city. Foran holds degrees from the University College, Dublin and the Toronto University, which has helped him in his writing career. He has also taught in China, Hong Kong, and Canada, sharing his knowledge and expertise with students.
