Charlie N. Holmberg is a successful and acclaimed author, best known for her work in the fantasy genre. Born in Salt Lake City, Holmberg was raised alongside three sisters, all of whom were given boy names. This upbringing, combined with a love of the science fiction television series Star Trek, helped shape her unique perspective and approach to storytelling.
Holmberg made her debut as a novelist in 2014 with the release of "The Paper Magician", which became a successful and critically-acclaimed book. The novel has even been optioned for a movie. She is also the author of the Numina trilogy and the Star Mother series. In addition to her work in fantasy, Holmberg also writes contemporary romance under the name C. N. Holmberg.
Holmberg is a best-selling and internationally published author, with her work being translated into over twenty languages. She has been a finalist for the Goodreads Choice Award and the RITA Award. Along with her writing, Holmberg is also a BYU alumna, plays the ukulele, and owns an extensive collection of glasses. She currently resides in Utah with her family and a dog.
