Chibundu Onuzo

Chibundu Onuzo, also known as Imachibundu Oluwadara Onuzo, is a bestselling literary fiction author from Nigeria. She was born in Lagos in 1991 and is the youngest of four children. Onuzo has lived through significant historical events, including an internet revolution, five grandmothers, two boarding schools, and two military dictatorships. These experiences have undoubtedly influenced her writing, providing her with a unique perspective on Nigerian society and culture.

Onuzo is a highly educated author, holding a degree in History from King's College London and currently pursuing an MSc in Public Policy at the University College of London. Her academic background is evident in her writing, which often explores complex historical and political issues. Despite her young age, Onuzo has already established herself as a significant voice in Nigerian literature, with her work garnering critical acclaim and numerous awards.
