Christelle Dabos is a published French author, best known for her series "La Passe-Miroir" (The Mirror Visitor). She was born in 1980 on the French Riviera and grew up in a household filled with classical music and historical puzzles. Dabos was more imaginative than cerebral, and she began to write her first texts on the benches of the faculty.
After settling in Belgium, Dabos initially planned to become a librarian. However, a sudden illness forced her to reconsider her career path. Writing became an escape from the medical machinery, and eventually, it turned into a slow reconstruction and second nature for her. During this time, she became an active member of Plume d´Argent, a community of authors on the internet. It was through their encouragement that she decided to participate in her first literary competition, the First Youth Novel Contest. Dabos was selected as one of the three finalists and eventually won the competition. This victory marked the beginning of her professional writing career. She has since written four books in the "La Passe-Miroir" series.
