Christopher Reich is a successful American author, well-known for his thriller novels. Born in Tokyo, he moved to Los Angeles at the age of four. After graduating from Harvard School, he attended Georgetown University, where he earned a degree in international economics. Following his graduation, Reich worked as a stockbroker for two years before pursuing an MBA at the University of Texas.
After obtaining his MBA, Reich moved to Switzerland and joined the Union Bank of Switzerland, where he worked for seven years. It was during this time that he decided to try his hand at writing, despite having no formal writing or English education. His first novel, "Numbered Account," was published after he moved back to the United States with his wife. In 2006, Reich's novel "The Patriots Club" won the International Thriller Writers award for Best Novel. He currently resides in Encinitas, California.
