Cliff Happy is a fiction author who has had a fulfilling career in the military before transitioning to writing and teaching. He was born in 1963 and joined the Marine Corps immediately after high school, where he served for twenty-two years in the infantry. His military service took him all over the world, including five years with the Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team, where he was involved in operations in Central America, West Africa, and Europe.
After his military service, Happy pursued higher education and earned a master's degree in History and Political Science. He now shares his knowledge and passion for these subjects by teaching at a National Consortium of Specialized Secondary Schools of Mathematics, Science, and Technology high school for academically gifted students. Happy is not only a teacher and author but also a family man who currently resides in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas with his wife. They have three children together.
