Conrad Williams

Conrad Williams is a highly acclaimed author of horror and fantasy novels, born in 1969 in the United Kingdom. He is best known for his series featuring Joel Sorrell, as well as several standalone novels and short stories. Williams made his literary debut in 1998 with the release of "Head Injuries," which garnered significant attention in the horror and fantasy communities.

Throughout his career, Williams has received numerous prestigious awards for his work. In 2007, he won the International Horror Guild Award for Best Novel for "The Unblemished," a significant achievement in the horror genre. The following year, he received the British Fantasy Award for Best Novella, honoring his work "The Scalding Rooms." In 2010, Williams' novel "One" was awarded the British Fantasy Award for Best Novel, further solidifying his reputation as a leading voice in the genre.
