Cynthia Wright is a highly accomplished author, best known for her "Rakes & Rebels" series of novels which have captivated readers for decades. Hailing from California, Wright has achieved the prestigious status of a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author. Her writing career took off in 1977 with the publication of "Rescued by a Rogue," the first book in the "Rakes & Rebels" series, which focuses on the Beauvisage, St. Briac, and Raveneau families.

Wright's literary contributions extend beyond the "Rakes & Rebels" series, as she has also penned the acclaimed "Crowns & Kilts" and "Rogues Go West" series.
