Eldrick "Eddy" Shah is a successful English author and businessman. Born in England, Shah attended Gordonstoun School in Scotland and later a grammar school in Haywards Heath. Despite his academic prowess and good grades, he had disciplinary issues that led to his expulsion from several schools. However, Shah's love for reading and writing, which he developed from a young age, remained unshaken.
After leaving school, Shah ventured into television and theater before finding his footing in journalism. His career in publishing spanned over sixteen years, during which he built a formidable portfolio of more than 60 newspapers, the most popular of which was "Today," which he launched in 1986. In 1988, Shah sold his newspapers and established an independent television company. He currently resides in Chippenham, Wiltshire, England, with his wife, Jennifer White, an actress known for her appearance in the original James Bond movie, "Casino Royale." Shah and White have been married for over five decades and have three children together.
