M. Darusha Wehm is an award-winning author known for their speculative fiction and diverse literary output. A Nebula Award and Sir Julius Vogel Award winner, Wehm has penned over a dozen novels, including "Hamlet, Prince of Robots" and "The Martian Job," a narrative-driven game. Their short fiction has appeared in numerous publications, and their poetry has been recognized as a Rhysling Award finalist. Writing under the name Darusha Wehm, they have also explored mainstream genres with works like the young adult series "Devi Jones’ Locker" and the coming-of-age novel "The Home for Wayward Parrots."
Wehm's writing spans science fiction, fantasy, and contemporary fiction, often blending humor and thought-provoking themes. They are a member of the Many Worlds writing collective and collaborate as part of the team Darkly Lem, co-authoring "The Formation Saga," which begins with "Transmentation | Transience."
