Malcolm Hollingdrake

Malcolm Hollingdrake is a renowned author, best known for creating the Harrogate Crime Series of books. Although he was born in Bradford, his experiences living in Ripon further cultivated his love for his home county, which is vividly reflected in his writings.

Hollingdrake's journey to becoming an author was not a straightforward one.
