Marcus Sakey is a successful American author, known for his crime fiction novels. Originally from the southside of Chicago, Illinois, Sakey's works often draw inspiration from his hometown. Prior to his writing career, he ran a graphic design company in Atlanta, Georgia.
In addition to his written work, Sakey also hosts the Travel Channel's television show "Hidden City."
