Marko Kloos

Marko Kloos is a successful author of military science fiction and fantasy novels, best known for his Frontlines series. Born in Germany, Kloos later moved to the United States and pursued a career in writing. Before finding his calling as an author, he had a variety of jobs, including serving in the army, working in IT, selling books, working on a freight dock, and providing tech support. Among all these jobs, Kloos found his time as a stay-at-home dad to be the most enjoyable, outside of writing.

Kloos is a self-proclaimed nerd who has been an avid reader of science fiction since he was young enough to have a library card. His love for the genre is evident in his writing, as he creates immersive worlds and compelling characters that captivate readers. Kloos's passion for science fiction and his diverse work experience have come together to create his unique writing style and voice.

In addition to his writing career, Kloos is a graduate of the Viable Paradise SF/F Writers' Workshop. He currently resides in New Hampshire with his wife, two children, and a pack of dachshunds. Kloos's journey from a German-born army veteran to a successful author in the United States is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and love for the science fiction genre.
