MaryJean Zajac is a writer who has been crafting prose and poetry for many years. She began her writing journey while attending Hilbert College, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies. After some time, MaryJean decided to further her education and obtained a Master's degree in Library Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

While MaryJean's professional career was centered around her work as a Paralegal, she always found time to write and cultivate her passion for storytelling. After retiring from her position as an Immigration Paralegal at the State University of NY at Buffalo, she finally had the opportunity to fully immerse herself in her writing.

MaryJean's writing is often humorous and takes inspiration from her life experiences, particularly her time spent raising her sons and spending time with her grandchildren. Her first book, "Take the Money and Run," is a testament to her unique storytelling style and was self-published in February 2022. In addition to her writing, MaryJean enjoys a variety of hobbies, including painting, playing drums, and gardening with her partner, George. She also enjoys taking day trips, visiting wineries, and walking her dog.
