Michael Siemsen

Michael Siemsen is an Amazon and USA Today bestselling author who has sold more than 175,000 books. His work includes Exigency, the Matt Turner series, and the Demon’s Story series.

Siemsen was born in Venice, California, and comes from a long line of military veterans. His father and grandfather both served in wars, and Siemsen himself joined the Army. However, his military career involved more fun and games than actual combat, as he participated in activities using blank ammunition and laser tag gear.

After working in various IT jobs for a decade, Siemsen decided to pursue a career in writing. He independently published his first novel, The Dig, in 2011, which quickly became a success. The book reached number one on Amazon and Barnes & Noble and remained in the top 10 for the rest of the year. This success allowed Siemsen to quit his job and focus on his writing career. Since then, he has released five more novels, including A Warm Place to Call Home and The Many Lives of Samuel Beauchamp.

Siemsen currently resides in Northern California with his family and pets. He is currently working on the next books in his popular series.
