Along with her Irish husband, McInerney has been moving back and forth between Australia and Ireland for the past thirty years and currently resides in Dublin. She is consistently voted into the Top 10 of Booktopia’s “Australia’s Favourite Author” poll and has won and been shortlisted for national book awards in Australia, Ireland, and the UK.
