Patricia Davids

Patricia Davids is a USA Today Bestselling author who grew up on a farm in Kansas. She was the only girl among her four brothers, which led to her having a tomboyish childhood filled with activities such as fishing, participating in 4-H, and playing softball. However, nothing held her interest as much as a good book, which she devoured whenever she could get her hands on one.

After growing up in the countryside, Davids now resides in the city of Wichita. She has built a successful career as a neonatal nurse, which has allowed her to focus on her passion for taking care of babies. In addition to her work as a nurse, Davids is also a dedicated author, having written more than 30 books. She is currently working on a series called "The Brides of Amish Country" for Love Inspired.

Davids' personal life has been marked by both joy and sorrow. In 1973, she wrote a letter to a lonely sailor, which led to a love story that resulted in her marriage and motherhood. However, in 2011, she became a widow after her husband of 36 years passed away from multiple brain tumors. Despite this loss, Davids has remained strong, relying on her faith, family, and friends to help her move forward. She is the proud mother of a daughter and has two grandchildren.

In her writing, Davids crafts emotionally satisfying romances that center around love and faith. She began writing seriously in 1996 and has since become a successful author, putting her dream of writing a book into practice.
