Payne Harrison

Payne Harrison is a highly accomplished American author, best known for his mystery, techno-thriller, military, and espionage novels. Harrison was born and raised in Texas and attended Texas A&M, where he earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees. He also holds an M.B.A. from SMU and served as an officer in the U.S. Army in Europe.

Before becoming a successful author, Harrison worked as a newspaper reporter, an experience he describes as having a "jaded past." His journey to becoming a New York Times bestselling author began when he sent an excerpt of his book "STORMING INTREPID" to a New York publishing house without an agent. This bold move led to a multi-book publishing deal, an appearance on the TODAY show, and a spot on the New York Times bestseller list.
