Percival Everett

Percival Everett is an accomplished American author, well-known for his literary fiction novels and poetry. He has written an impressive number of nineteen books over the course of his career, which began while he was working on his AM degree at Brown University. Everett's work is highly regarded, with The Washington Post calling him "one of the most adventurously experimental of modern American novelists."

Everett is not only a successful author but also a Distinguished Professor of English at the University of Southern California. He has a reputation as a demanding teacher, but also values the learning that goes on between students and teacher. In addition to his work as an author and professor, Everett has also served as a judge for prestigious literary awards such as the National Book Award for fiction and the PEN/Faulkner Award for Fiction.
