Peter V. Brett

Peter V. Brett is a highly accomplished American author, best known for his fantasy novels. He was born in New Rochelle, New York, on February 8, 1973, and grew up with a love for fantasy novels, comics, and games like Dungeons & Dragons. Brett earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995 from the University of Buffalo and pursued various careers before becoming a full-time writer.

Brett's writing career took off with the Demon Cycle series, which has sold over four million copies in 27 languages worldwide. The series includes five novels: The Warded Man, The Desert Spear, The Daylight War, The Skull Throne, and The Core.
