Rajat Ubhaykar is an author and journalist with a background in electrical engineering and management consulting. Ubhaykar's writing has appeared in prominent publications including Mint, Hindustan Times, Scroll.in, and Roads & Kingdoms.
A recipient of the PoleStar Award in 2016 for his journalistic work, Ubhaykar combines meticulous research with narrative flair. His writing often delves into travel, infrastructure, and cultural anthropology, reflecting his interest in India's diverse landscapes and heritage. Based in Mumbai, he spends his free time reviewing books, gathering trivia, and visiting archaeological sites across the country.
