Rishi Reddi

Rishi Reddi is an acclaimed American author known for her fiction and literary contributions. Her debut collection, "Karma and Other Stories" (2007), received the L.L. Winship/PEN New England Award for Outstanding Fiction, while her novel "Passage West" (2020) was named one of the Los Angeles Times' "Best California Books of 2020." Her short stories have appeared in "Best American Short Stories" and earned honorable mention in the Pushcart Prize, with select works performed on National Public Radio.

Born in Hyderabad, India, Reddi grew up in both the United Kingdom and the United States before settling in Massachusetts. A graduate of Swarthmore College and Northeastern University School of Law, she balances her literary career with work as an essayist, book reviewer, and translator.
