Robin Benway

Robin Benway is a highly acclaimed author, best known for her work in young adult fiction. She has written more than six novels, including the AKA series, Emmy and Oliver, and Audrey, Wait. Benway's books have received numerous awards and recognitions, including the 2008 Blue Ribbon Award, ALA Best Book Award, and ALA Most Popular Award. Far from the Tree is Benway's most recent novel, which was published in October 2017. Like her previous works, Far from the Tree has received significant critical acclaim. Robin Benway was born and raised in Orange County, California. She attended NYU, where she was a recipient of the Seth Barkas Prize for Creative Writing. Benway later graduated from UCLA.
