Roy Lewis

Roy Lewis is a celebrated British author, best known for his crime fiction novels. He has written several series, including the John Crow series, the Eric Ward series, and the Arnold Landon series. His works are predominantly set in the northern region of England, which is where he resides. Prior to his career as an author, Lewis was a college principal and Inspector of Schools. He is also a proud father of three children, all of whom have followed in his footsteps and become lawyers.

Beyond his fiction writing, Lewis has had a distinguished career in education and law. He taught Law for a decade before being appointed as one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Further & Higher Education. Additionally, he has authored several law texts.
