Ryan Gattis is an American author, well-known for his fiction work. He is based in South Los Angeles and has written several novels, including "Safe," "Kung Fu High School," "The System," and "All Involved." Gattis is also the author of "The Big Drop" novellas, which include "Homecoming" and "Impermanence."
Gattis's novel "All Involved" won the Alex Award from the American Library Association and the Lire Award for Noir of the Year in France. It has been translated into 11 languages and has been praised for its high-octane storytelling. The film rights for "All Involved" were acquired by HBO.
