Kate Hilton

Kate Hilton is a contemporary author, known for her humor, comedy, and romance novels. She is best known for her debut novel, "The Hole in the Middle," which she published in 2013. Prior to becoming a fiction author, Hilton held a variety of careers, including working as an editor in publishing, attending law school, and practicing litigation. She then moved on to work in strategic planning, special projects, and alumni relations at her law school, before eventually discovering her passion for writing fiction.

In addition to her work as a fiction author, Hilton has also been published in a variety of nonfiction publications, including "The Huffington Post," "Canadian Living," and "The National Post." She has written on a range of topics, including reinvention, creativity, and working motherhood. Hilton has also made several media appearances, including on "CTV Morning," "Breakfast Television," "Global Morning," and "CBC Early Edition." She is currently based in Toronto with her husband, two sons, a stepdaughter, and their dog.

As a fiction author, Hilton has written several novels, including "The Hole in the Middle" and "Just Like Family." She is also a co-author of the non-fiction blog, "The Pen Pal Project." In addition to her work as a writer, Hilton is also a registered psychotherapist and certified life coach, helping clients with life transitions.
