Kim John Payne

Kim John Payne, M.Ed., is a counselor, consultant, and educator with over three decades of experience working with children, families, and schools across multiple continents. He is the author of several influential books, including "Simplicity Parenting," "Games Children Play," and "Beyond Winning," which offer practical guidance on parenting, child development, and social inclusion. His work has been widely recognized for its focus on fostering emotional resilience and addressing behavioral challenges in children and adolescents.

Payne has dedicated his career to researching and implementing strategies that promote social sustainability and emotional well-being. He developed the Social Inclusion Approach, a framework designed to combat bullying and exclusion in schools and communities. As the director of the Simplicity Parenting Project and the Center for Social Sustainability, he has trained educators and parents worldwide.
