Mark Bittman

Mark Bittman is one of the most well-respected and best-known food writers in the United States. His compelling and popular works have been featured in many major magazines and newspapers, including the New York Times, where he became the lead food writer for the Sunday Magazine and the first food-focused Op-Ed columnist for a major news publication. Bittman has made a name for himself as a prominent figure in food writing, with his "The Minimalist" cooking show and best-selling books such as How to Cook Everything and VB6.

Bittman's writing covers a wide range of food-related topics, including food policy and cooking. His books, with over one million copies in print, are a mainstay in modern kitchens.
